Troubleshooting: Shadow Analysis window is not showing up
If you using SketchUp 6-8 and after the installation of Shadow Analysis you can see it in Plugins menu but the plugin window doesn't show up, you have probably run Shadow Analysis installer before running SketchUp. To fix this issue just reinstall Shadow Analysis.
When you first use newly installed SketchUp, the application creates some entries in the system registry that are used by our installer. To make sure that installation of Shadow Analysis will be successful run and close SketchUp at least once.
